RELEABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE

08 May 2019 | 25 June 2019

Instruktur : Augie Widyotriatmo. ST.MT.PhD

Course Overview:

Some failures in petroleum, oil and gas, power generation, and other industries are caused by little attention given to the maintenance and thus underestimating the correctness of the instrumentation and control systems. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a logical way of identifying what equipment in your facility is needed to be maintained on a preventive maintenance before failure. The RCM analysis should also consider that the maintenance budgets are not unlimited, and thus rational basis should be decided what to do and where to expend the most effort. This course elucidates the RCM and its implementation

Objective: You will be able to

After fulfilling the course, the participants would be able to:

  • Know and understand about the basic maintenance and reliability;
  • Know and understand the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) process;
  • Know and understand the preparation, implementation, and controlling the RCM

Course Contents:

  1. Introduction to Reliability-Centered Maintenance

Metering System and Custody Transfer for Oil & Gas

Instructor : Augie Widyotriatmo.ST.MT.PhD

25 Maret 2019  |  14 Mei 2019 |26 Juni 2019 |09 Juli 2019 |

Venue : Best western Hotel, Bandung.

About the Course

A transaction involving physical transfer of oil and gas from one operator to another is known as Custody Transfer. Accurate metering of the fluids being transferred between the two is therefore of vital importance. This training course will enable metering engineers to gain a knowledge of how fluids are metered in the oil and gas sector.
