Course Overview:

Some failures in petroleum, oil and gas, power generation, and other industries are caused by little attention given to the maintenance and thus underestimating the correctness of the instrumentation and control systems. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a logical way of identifying what equipment in your facility is needed to be maintained on a preventive maintenance before failure. The RCM analysis should also consider that the maintenance budgets are not unlimited, and thus rational basis should be decided what to do and where to expend the most effort. This course elucidates the RCM and its implementation
